We make running accommodations software's job

Hospitality is about welcoming people. Yet an operator's day goes to checking reservations, adjusting rates, and reconciling settlements. IDLY builds software that gives that time back to the guest.

Mission

Repetition to the machine, hospitality to the people

Morning means checking the reservations due in today, fixing rates on each channel, and reviewing the state of the rooms. Night means reaching guests who haven't arrived, and month-end means making the ledger's numbers agree.

That work matters, but none of it truly needs a person. The work that does is something else entirely: welcoming a guest, caring for a space, making the day a little better.

IDLY redraws that line with software. Repetition to the machine, hospitality to the people. Every feature we build starts from that single sentence.

START

The problem was in the ledger

OLLS didn't begin with a product spec. It began with a real property's settlement ledger. Statements in a different format for every channel, revenue landing on scattered dates, figures with commissions folded in. Watching that reconciliation repeat every month-end, we thought this should be software's job.

So OLLS settlement automation was designed as a direct transcription of the ledger's structure from the field. Revenue and commissions by channel fall into a familiar table, and deposits are matched to individual reservations. The screen is new, but the way of working is already second nature to the operator.

What began with the ledger widened to reservations, to check-in, to the rooms themselves.

NOW

Now the software keeps that ledger

Today OLLS is software that joins reservation management, channel sync, contactless check-in, and settlement automation into one flow. From the first step of running a property to the last, the repetitive work belongs to OLLS.

And the principle it started from hasn't moved. Features begin in the work of a property, not in a meeting room. We spend longer on structure than on screens, on verification than on words.

Our Perspective

Three things we keep looking at, closely

Returning guests should belong to the property

Sales channels are a great way to meet new guests. But there is no reason to hand the relationship with a returning guest back to a channel. That is why OLLS includes a booking engine that properties run themselves. Guests book with a single link, and the relationship stays with the property. Direct sales is a problem we keep working on.

Automation isn't about cutting staff. It's about restoring hospitality

Where repetitive work disappears, time for the guest remains. Hours once spent fixing rates and balancing ledgers become hours spent caring for the space and welcoming people. We don't build software that replaces people. We build software that lets people do people's work.

Contactless isn't coldness. It's a choice

A guest arriving at dawn doesn't need a greeting; they need the door to open. How a guest is welcomed shouldn't be decided by the property; it should be the guest's to choose. Time for the guest who wants to be met, an easy path for the guest who'd rather slip in quietly. Keeping both ready is what we believe good operations looks like.

How We Work

Four things we don't compromise on

Not pledges, but a record of how we actually work.

We trust automated checks, not human memory

Every core workflow is verified automatically on each deployment. "It should be fine" is not part of our release process.

We protect personal data by structure, not by rules

Code that shouldn't touch guest data is caught at compile time. We don't rely on anyone remembering to be careful.

The operations UI ships in three languages

Korean, English, and Japanese screens are designed together from the start, so staff of different nationalities work the same way on the same screens.

The field is the spec

Features start in the work of a property, not in a meeting room. Settlement automation started that way, from a real ledger.
